The IFLRA is responsible for jointly administering the Plywood, Sawmill and Pole Yard Job Evaluation Programs with the United Steelworkers
Job Evaluation programs allow companies to change production job duties as necessary and employees are ensured of a review process to determine if the rate is appropriate for the revised job.
This program has provided fair and equitable wage stability for both employers and our employees.
Job Evaluation services are free for member companies and available as a fee for service for non-members.
